Winter wonderland

One of the ladies working in the orphanage joined the English class this morning. I thought she would be bored - everything is planned for 10-year-olds and not for grown-ups, but she said she enjoyed it, and it was actually very good to have her there. She knows the children, knows who is likely to understand immediately and who needs a little extra help etc., so I hope she will stay! We did animals and some basic vocabulary today (and reviewed the letters). Tomorrow colors will be in focus.

Today is the new moon, so it was time for the milk ritual in the backyard again (see blog "Werewolves?").

View from the orphanage. Unfortunately the weather forecast was right: snow snow snow. Which translates as mud mud mud on the sidewalks.
